Work backward from the analytical task to every flow-path node

Switching, stream selection, pressure-flow stability, purge, heating, and control are not independent decisions. Ruiketongheng assembles them into reviewable gas paths around sample properties, response time, carryover, stability, and serviceability.

Choose a scenario and inspect two critical chains

Diagrams show functional relationships rather than a fixed P&ID. Real projects must still address redundancy, venting, safety classification, and site standards.

APPLICATION 01 / GC

Gas chromatography and online GC

Coordinate carrier-gas stability, repeatable sample injection, column switching, and detector gases while controlling dead volume, repeatability, temperature, and service. Online analyzers also bring conditioning and multipoint polling into the same sequence.

RepeatabilityConsistent sample loop, valve position, and timing
ThermalExtended stem or heated enclosure controls condensation
Detector gasRegulation, flow stability, and clean connections

Stop at a module—or continue to a complete subsystem

Set the boundary around project maturity; full-system integration does not need to be assumed from day one.

01

Standard product

Select valves, regulation hardware, controllers, or accessories from an established family and confirm interfaces.

02

Configured module

Adapt materials, ports, actuation, heating, sensing, or communication on a standard platform.

03

Gas-path subsystem

Integrate manifold, valves, tubing, sensors, harness, and controller from a process diagram.

04

OEM collaboration

Freeze testing, BOM, and change rules through prototype, validation, pilot, and production stages.
